1930s Art Deco 2-Door Burl Storage Cabinet Attributed to Waring & Gillows
1930's Art Deco double door gentleman's wardrobe or storage cabinet. Double doors with ample shelving and one pull out drawer. Minimal in size and scale, yet a very stately case cabinet on short classic Queen Anne inspired bun feet. The cabinet in inset onto an 8" high framed base.
Burl walnut primary wood with bookmatch burl on doors and figural walnut on sides. Hand carved solid walnut bun feet with scroll brackets.
With creative engineering (such as mirror installation and glass shelving) this piece would make a stunning and elegant dry bar.
